Where many have tried and failed, the name of Dre DeCarlo has shown the Barbados fashion industry why his name is one to watch. Time and time again he has proven that the phrase of the famous Coco Chanel “I don’t do fashion, I am fashion”, suits his love for the industry, and by making fashion his life’s passion, he has committed himself to an excellence in the industry well beyond his years.

yours truly and McKey Sullivan

Your's truly, up and coming fashion mogul Dre DeCarlo with supermodel and judge on Canada's Next Top Model Stacey Mckenzie
From interviewing supermodels such as Elodie Passelaigue & America’s Next Top Model winner McKey Sullivan, to covering major fashion events & directing yet another photoshoot which was dynamic, Dre DeCarlo has done it once again! Not only did he cover this event, but he hob-nobbed with the likes of Jamaican Canada-based supermodel Stacey McKenzie , a judge on Canada’s Next Top Model , who is sought after by numerous fashion magazines the world around, such as VOGUE.
With his dream to revolutionize the fashion industry, gaining his inspirational from the legendary editor-in-chief of VOGUE Anna Wintour, Dre DeCarlo, at the age of 18 , is poised to take the fashion world by storm.

Dear Dre, I just found out all about you and your great work.
I like your pages and the nicely written information.
My Daughter Melanie Ribbe(17)could use some good connection in the fashion world.
We would like here to be able to get exposure(fashion shows) She is fabulous on the Runway and love modeling.
I do Model grooming ( small scale , personal and holistic oriented) now for a couple of months and we found a couple of very cute faces.
Let me know if you would like to have a look at them some day.
Are you in Kingston this weekend for the show?
If you have any tips for Mel on Events… We would be really grateful.
Thanks
Love and light for your bright future

Dre DeCarlo,
It has been a pleasure to stumble upon your blog posts/interviews. You write about a group of beautiful people from a region that is not commonly represented in mainstream media. It is great work.
I and my husband print a monthly Caribbean magazine (NY) and we are intersted in seeking your permission to print your interviews in it with full credits to you. The magazine is called Caribbean Junction Magazine. I will gladly send you an issue if you send me your mailing address. The magazie is FREE to the readers. If this is something that would interest you please contact us.

You have an amazing blog/information resource; it’s great and knowledgeable to find many hidden black icons in the fashion world. If you move and live fashion then it’s the norm but many of our ethnic people have no idea that there are so many influential, high status black figures in the fashion world. You are the voice to the fashion world many black people don’t know about. It’s people like you that keeps the desire within individual’s dreams to stay alive and pursue what they love. Keep sharing your knowledge and social network with the masses and we has a people will grow and learn in areas we would not usually be interested in. God Bless
thank you so much!!!
